Lieberman's short-lived smirk

I think the senate Democrats who really and truly cannot abide the sanctimonious gut-churning Bush-loving pronouncements of Joe Lieberman have come to the following realization. They have read the tea leaves for 2008 and have decided to bite the bullet and put up with Holy Joe for the next two years. They know that Joe will bail to the republican side at the slightest provocation. So they will tolerate his constant baiting of his former democratic colleagues with his unwaivering support of all things Bush. Truth be told however, Joe, hypocrite and poser that he is, is just doing it to extract revenge on all his former friends who had the audacity to support the nominated true democratic candidate in the last election. So the dems will bide their time, swallow the bile that rises in their collective gorge for the next two years when their majority will be cemented with three or four more senate seats. Then they will finally be able to turn to Joementum and tell him where he can stick it.
