Utah, welcome to the Union!
This month, the poll season is really heating up, as I found 47 polls from 32 different states. This is the best we've had since Survey USA stopped doing their 50-state poll.
Now that you've seen that pretty map though, I have to point out that the polls in Idaho and Utah were not significantly lower than 50%, and I haven't found a poll from Wyoming since November 2006 (49%) - the current value for Wyoming is an estimate, with all the errors that go along with it. There is a decent chance that one or more of these states has a 'real' approval of Bush above 50% as of today. (A Fox News poll at the end of September had Utah at 58%.)
I also want to let everybody know about an archive of old maps I put up on dKosopedia, along with some explanations about estimating and color, and more to come later.
