Wayne Barrett has published a bombshell story about how Rudy Giuliani's business contracts tie him to the man who let 9/11's mastermind escape the FBI.

It is a masterful job of investigative reporting, but it is a tremendously complex story.

I have boiled it down to one picture that hopefully will allow you to get what Barrett is saying.
