It's clear that she's an extremely intelligent individual, but Mrs. Clinton wouldn't be in the position that she's in if it wasn't for Bill Clinton. People complained of the lack of experience of Bush, well both could arguably be on the same plane. He was involved with his father's campaigns, Hillary obviously integrated into the Clinton Administration, Bush was Governor (noted that it is one of the smallest capacity Governorships in the country-- essentially some of the smallest workload), Hillary Clinton, NY Senator.
How many times did our side bitch and moan that Dubya was only there because daddy and it was pathetic? (Many by the way)
It absolutely sickened me to see Dubya run because of his daddy and it is absolutely no different with Hillary. But for whatever the reason, once again, people who criticized the Bush clan, many of those have grown silent with Hillary. If she were to win, our country will have been controlled in a Presidential (including Vice President) manner by Bushes and Clintons since 1981. Both cozy up to big business and long standing problems in this country are beginning to snowball out of control.
It's pure hypocricy. It seems to be that we have a one group of people that are once again in the mold of running the candidate that they think can win versus the other side and those who want to see Bill Clinton rise again. I'm a big time Bill Clinton fan, but I just want people to take a moment and think about all their bitching and moaning about the Bush family, but for whatever reason, they won't accept that it's the same with the Clintons.
I for one may not have a candidate in mind as of yet, but I certainly have one off the list, HRC. It's nothing personal against what she can do for the country, it's for the benefit of the country to bring in new, fresh blood to our government. Clinton croonies like Begala and Carville need to go to the retirement home, they're out of touch as much as their conservative counterparts. If you want this type of crew back in the White House, well, you have your candidate.
