Kudos and props to the various campaigns that made a statement of good wishes concerning Elizabeth Edwards.

This gives me hope that no matter the bickering in the political campaigns, ultimately we are decent human beings that can come together when a fellow person is in need and trouble.

I've compiled various statements and pictures that the campaigns sent concerning Elizabeth's recurring cancer. If I missed any, please post them below. The various statements is below the flip.

Dennis and I wish Elizabeth and John Edwards and their family the very best as Mrs. Edwards continues her courageous battle with cancer.

She has shown true strength and dignity in addressing this disease. We admire her courage and her spirit.

We are confident that Mrs. Edwards will continue to play a vigorous role in this campaign.

I look forward to seeing her on the campaign trail as she and I and our husbands all work towards our visions for building a better America.

John Kerry on John and Elizabeth Edwards’ Announcement

Teresa and I are saddened by the news of Elizabeth’s illness, but we know her strength and the support of their family will sustain her and John through this difficult period.
