Creationism Cartoon Contest [Judging Update]

Pharyngula notes that Ken Ham's Creation Museum will be opening next week, and suggest a blog carnival for the occasion. Over at Left 'Toon Lane we've added a cartoon contest for the event. I have asked PZ Myers, biology professor and Pharyngula blogmaster, to judge it. If the winner is good enough, he might even run it there, details still to be worked out.

Update [2007-5-21 21:17:29 by dhonig]: PZ is IN! He will use the winners to illustrate the carnival, or link back, depending on response. So start drawing, everybody, start drawing.

The "museum's" grand opening is set for May 28. You can read more about it on Archy, but the details are pretty simple- second grade bible studies as "science."

Some people are planning to picket the opening, but I'm not sure that won't give it more attention than it deserves. I agree with Archy, the first year might draw a morbid curiosity crowd, but after that it should be straight downhill, perhaps even to, dare I say it, extinction?
