Bush hits a new low in the latest Rasmussen poll. 33 percent for the only poll that had him over 40 percent for a long time. And only 14 percent of dead-enders "strongly approve".

Another poll low for the nation's worst president ever -- ARG pegs him at 31 percent. Thems are some serious losers that still support this failed presidency.
