If you have read my diaries before, you know I am a liberal, progressive Democrat trapped in the conservative, christian, republican state of Georgia. I have been volunteering for Obama for months now giving away bumper stickers, buttons, and yard signs and hosting house parties. We have huge plans for Election night at my home. There is only one catch. I live in a mostly republican neighborhood. There has been much talk of buying fireworks in bulk and setting them off WHENEVER they announce Obama as president. My husband has assured me will be visited by the police and receive a fine as we are sure our neighbors will call and complain. I have set aside some money and was assuring someone that American Express was invented for this purpose. My 11 year old then created our newest commercial-follow me, won't you?
