Left Coast Election Thread for California, Oregon, Washington

It looks like Barack Obama is on his way to victory, with Ohio projected to join the Democratic column. The math is starting to look impossible for John McCain.

But this is election is NOT OVER.

There is a lot at stake in California, Oregon, and Washington. Prop 8 (hate in the form of a ballot measure) needs to be defeated. Governor Chris Gregoire needs to be reelected. Darcy Burner needs every vote she can get. Jeff Merkley's team is still working to knock out Gordon Smith.

If you live on the Left Coast, please call your neighbors and friends and ask if they've voted in these critical downballot races.
