Here is my take:
Some how Hillary needs to take this head on and change this negative perception. This is one place where Obama can be democrats strong nominee. But I still think Republicans will run a stealth, shameless, dirty race baiting campaign against Obama and make race an issue. If there is hesitancy among white democrats when race became an issue; you can only imagine what happens in general with Republicans stirring up the pot. This is the only reason I am afraid Obama will lose in general. If he is the nominee; I will vote for him and work hard and support him on this forum.
Here are some polls where Clinton is leading contrary to other polls showing Obama getting even:
A new American Research Group poll in Connecticut finds Sen. Hillary Clinton leading Sen. Barack Obama, 48% to 35%, with 10% undecided.
Greenberg Quinlan Rosner poll, Sen. Hillary Clinton’s lead over Sen. Barack Obama in New Jersey has narrowed to 44% to 38%.
A new IVR poll in Texas finds Sen. Hillary Clinton leading Sen. Barack Obama in the Democratic presidential race, 48% to 38%.
