Wolfson, a liar if ever there was one, is quoted this morning by several sources that there's nothing to see here people, just move along:
The Clinton campaign meanwhile denied reports that it was sinking deep into debt, and was keeping vendors waiting weeks for payments after organizing campaign rallies.
"Our cash flow is good. Bills are being paid. We are continuing to raise a considerable amount of money," Clinton's communications director Howard Wolfson said on MSNBC, adding that their support received through the Internet in particular was "very, very strong."
Hey, I still don't believe she pulled in what she did in February, and it's so obvious right now that since the media is wise enough to require money up front she's stringing along everyone else to get ads up in PA.
However, he noted that the Democratic front-runner, Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.), would again raise more money than Clinton in March and acknowledged that the former first lady is not yet on the air in Indiana and North Carolina, instead focusing on winning Pennsylvania.
"If we had the money, we'd be advertising everywhere in the country," Wolfson said, adding, "I'm sure even the Obama campaign, as well-funded as it is, would love to have more. But we are going to have what we need for what we need to do."
I just wish there was a way to honestly track this, or that the MSM would continue to dog the campaign with reports about the "little people" not getting support from Hillary after rendering services.
