Solutions For Video Embed Code Issues

It used to be YouTube was the only game in town for videos, but now sites like Brightcove and RedLasso are gaining popularity. More and more videos are being published on these sights and embedding them can be a pain in the neck. Below are screen shots of before and after code that will help you customize RedLasso and Brightcove video embed code to work here on Daily Kos.

First, the following tags are not allowed in embed code:

bgcolor
base
name
swLiveConnect
pluginspage
seamlesstabbing
classid
allowFullScreen
