Our long primary war is over. The longest and most closely, fiercely and passionately contested primary campaign in all history.

It is now being reported that Hillary Clinton will announce tonight that Barack Obama has the necessary amount of delegates to be our nominee.

It is over.

Daily Kos, it is time to celebrate.

Find a Clinton supporter and hug them. Or just leave them alone if they are angry and bitter. They eventually will come around.

Smile.

Rejoice.

The gates are crashed. Daily Kos has survived what can only be called a civil war. It is time to heal old friendships and nurture the new ones.

A new day is dawning, and change is coming.
