Tn House Majority leader is a racist

The House Majority leader in Tennessee is a racist.

I'm writing this diary entry because the next debate is being held in Nashville.

The Tennessee House Majority leader is Gary Odom and he is a racist. I know this because I am his first cousin and I have first hand knowledge. I don't want him going to the debate and having the opportunity to meet and shake hands with a great black American such as Barack Obama.

My sister had a bi-racial son when she was 21 and since the day he was born, Mr. Odom and his entire side of the family have not spoken to her.

Gary and my sister were fairly close growing up as both were the same age and they went to the same schools.

All that ended the day she gave birth to my nephew and that was 36 years ago.

In the last few years, my sister has tried to contact him via email to try and heal the rift that my bi-racial nephew brought about, but he has never responded to any of her attempts at contact.

So, the bottom line is this, Rep. Gary Odom, a democrat, is a racist. He along with the rest of his family disowned my sister simply because she had a bi-racial son. I'm proud to say that my nephew is an officer in the Navy and a member of Mensa. I made these facts known to Rep. Odom but it didn't make any difference.

So, Mr. Obama, if you read this, just be aware that this man is a racist in Democrats clothing and I would be very surprised if he doesn't plan on voting for McCain.
