I don't usually have to do my own guest research, since I can just link back to TiaRachel's diaries during re-runs. But here's what I've got from Wikipedia about Bethany McLean:
Bethany McLean is a contributing editor to Vanity Fair magazine known for her work on the Enron scandal. She had been an editor at large and columnist for Fortune magazine.
McLean is best known as the co-author, with Fortune colleague Peter Elkind, of Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room, exposing the corrupt business practices of Enron officials. The book was the result of her reporting on Enron for the magazine and she is widely acknowledged as being the first journalist to question Enron's inflated stock price with her article in the March 5, 2001 issue of Fortune magazine entitled, "Is Enron Overpriced?". The book was later made into an Academy Award nominated documentary. Her column, The Bulldog, appeared regularly in Fortune Magazine. She joined Vanity Fair in 2008.
Interestingly enough, she was on The Colbert Report last year, so TiaRachel does have more about her here.
We all know who David Gregory is, so I won't be posting anything about him. But if you do want to know more about him, you can check out TiaRachel's diary from when he was on The Daily Show ten days ago.
The last guest, Shepard Fairey is really cool. He's the guy who designed this picture:

Wikipedia says this about him:
Frank Shepard Fairey (born February 15, 1970 in Charleston, South Carolina) is a contemporary artist, graphic designer and illustrator who emerged from the skateboarding scene and became known initially for his "André the Giant Has a Posse" sticker campaign. The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston calls him one of today's best known and most influential street artists.
