MSNBC is looking to add a 3rd liberal primetime show to follow Maddow

In today's NYT there is an article about the MSNBC network wanting to add another primetime show in the 10pm time slot.
I thought it would be nice if we could give them some help.
So I'm posting this diary in hopes we could make some suggestions and maybe have our own poll to let them know who we would like to see get the show.

Personally I like Ed Schulz. He's a good contrast to the Olbermann-Maddow lineup with his down home salt of the Earth demeanor. He's intelligent and quick witted and could pick up some crossover moderates.

I also like Michael Smerconish but he's not really a liberal. But this would be a good contrast again to the earlier shows and perhaps attract some moderates. (I think he has a contract and a good relationship with the others at MSNBC too)

Sam Seder is another good option. Funny,smart and definitely underrated.

So what's your ideas?

I'll give this a little time to get some suggestions and and then post a poll later if this gets recommended.

Update: We've gotten some suggestions for a poll so I'll go ahead and post it.
