Ann Coulter is being probed. Following our Jan. 11 column, Connecticut’s Elections Enforcement Commission is making a “thorough investigation” of whether the conservative pundit broke the law by voting in the Nutmeg State while living in New York City, according to a commission spokeswoman.
Officials are responding to a formal complaint filed by Coulterwatch.com blogger Dan Borchers. “For over 10 years, Ann Coulter has gotten away with illegal, immoral and unethical behavior, ranging from plagiarism to defamation, perjury to voter fraud,” claims the conservative Borchers. Coulter declined to comment, but in the past has branded Borchers a stalker. He says the FBI has determined he poses no threat.

Now remember Ms Couter was investigated and unfortunately cleared of wrongdoing in 2006 for allegedly violating Florida's voter registration laws by voting in the wrong precinct. Good lawyers managed t get the hypocritical Republican icon of hate cleared:
WEST PALM BEACH — Conservative columnist Ann Coulter has been cleared of wrongdoing in an investigation into whether she violated Florida elections law by voting in the wrong precinct.
Palm Beach County elections officials received a complaint in February 2006 that Coulter voted in the wrong precinct during a Palm Beach town council election. The elections office looked into the matter for nearly nine months before turning the case over to state prosecutors.
The case was eventually handed to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, which concluded in a report that "there was insufficient probable cause to determine that Ann Coulter willfully or deliberately" violated any laws. The case was closed on April 12.
Knowingly voting in the wrong precinct is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.

Ms. Coulter as also been doing quite a bit of whining about voter fraud and steeling the election in Minnesota....and she's not on Al Franken's side <g>....

It's time to issue Coulter an orange jumpsuit, throw her in a cell at Sing Sing and throw the key away. Just as she would have done to Democrats and any member of ACORN.
