At what point do the people tell the Redstate Editor to go to hell? At what point do we get off the couch, march down to Erick Erickson's house, pull him outside, and beat him to a bloody pulp for being an idiot?
At some point soon, it will happen. It’ll be over an innocuous issue. But the rage is building. It’s not a partisan issue. There is bipartisan angst at liars and inciters to violance made worse by dumb posts like this and unintended consequences like The Tennessee Church Shooting.
Were I at home, I’d be cleaning my gun right about now waiting to protect my property from the coming riots or the Redstate Strike Force coming to try to start violence.

Because I am roiling mad. Thanks for an enraging but fairly cathartic post, Mike S. Hey call me a nut - I really don’t give a d@mn at this point - but IMHO these Redstate Posters all need to be beaten to a bloody pulp FOR STARTERS. We used to say there would never be violent protests and revolution again in this country. It may not be over small conveniences but there will be a straw that breaks the camel’s back, and violence is looking more plausible and way more necessary.

I know Erick is a fucking coward, even with his "Strike Force," and would never actually carry this out. But I wonder what his reaction would be if I really wrote the stuff that I edited from his post.
