Under NEW Management

Embarrassed to be Republican
I didn’t do a diary for the Inaugural.
First of all, it was 10 friggin degrees outside. Yes, 10 degrees. That just sucks, period.
Then we exhausted ourselves booooing the hell outta Bush.
We even did the Na-NA, Na-NA, hey-hey, GOODBYE!! We liked it so much, we did it twice.
And get this, when his chopper flew over the Mall, some very witty people took off their shoe and tossed in the air – AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHHA! Chimpy HAD to see it.
Then the event was overwhelming. You try to prepare for it, but you can’t.
Then there were the parties, and EVERYONE wants to buy me a drink, "Hey Al, come have a drink with us!" It was impossible not to get shit faced.
Then came the mother of all hangovers.
And I suck without a deadline.
So I hope you enjoyed the show,
Al
