Even better: First Marcy Wheeler, then Walter Pincus, write that the CIA's reaction to the release of the torture memos is grounded in the belief that they are being hung out to dry for decisions made by Bush, Cheney and Yoo. (Of course, the solution for that is not for the CIA employees to continue to protect Bush, Cheney and Yoo, but to be ready, willing, and able to testify against them.)
