State Department Deputy Secretary for Near Eastern Affairs 2002-2003
Elizabeth Cheney
Who better to remain loyal to Dick Cheney as he committed war crimes. Guilty of complicity, Liz Cheney is a war criminal.
Titled the "Evolution of Presidential War Powers," Cheney’s thesis, according to writer Zac Frank, argued that "constitutionally and historically, presidents have virtually unchecked powers in war."

Dick’s daughter Liz might be interested in running for office. "It's something I very well may do," says Liz "Mini Me" Cheney.

Vice President : January 20, 2001 - January 20, 2009
Dick Cheney.
Every road leads to his office. Every bit of evidence, every new crime points to the growing need to investigate Dick Cheney because he is a war criminal. Every day more evidence comes forth of the crimes against humanity that were committed with the consent or direction of the Executive branch of the U.S. Government. Under the Unitary Executive powers conjured out of thin air by Dick Cheney our nation committed crimes of rape, torture, mass murder, treason and crimes against humanity that stand in comparison with some of the greatest crimes ever known to man. Dick Cheney is a war criminal, and perhaps the greatest criminal in American history.
Senior Advisor to the President January 21, 2001 – August 31, 2007, White House Deputy Chief of Staff February 8, 2005 – August 31, 2007
Karl Rove
Certainly Karl Rove is truly the architect of all the criminality that took place during the Bush/Cheney Administration. Along with Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rice, there is no one with more blood on his hands than Karl Rove. Having played Rasputin to George W. Bush for years, Karl is now a lead cover up man on the media defense team that shrugs of the war crimes of the Bush/Cheney Administration. There is only one logical reason why Karl Rove will stand up for the Bush/Cheney Administrations innocence. Simply put, it is because Karl Rove is a war criminal as well.
(Donald Rumsfeld on the left shaking hands with the late Saddam Hussein)
United States Secretary of Defense November 20, 1975 – January 20, 1977 - January 20, 2001 – December 18, 2006
Donald Rumsfeld
From the day he took his oath of office Donald Rumsfled did everything in his power to politicize the Justice Department and subvert the Constitution of The USA to his will. An important figure in many of the worst illegalities of the Bush/Cheney Administration, Don Rumsfeld was at the heart of the torture intrigue, violent prisons and almost every other scandal to weigh down the USA and the Bush Administration during his tenure. Donald Rumsfeld is a War Criminal.
National Security Advisor to the President January 20, 2001 – January 26, 2005, Secretary of State January 26, 2005 – January 20, 2009
Condeleeza Rice
Every bit as complicit as anybody else, Condeleeza Rice is rivaled only by Dick Cheney in guilt on many of the matters uncovered to date. Having recently stated that " by definition, if it was authorized by the president, it did not violate our obligations under the Convention Against Torture." we can see clearly why Condeleeza Rice is unfit to hold any future office. The President, despite arguments by Cheney, Rice and others, does not wield Unlimited Power, he may only do so if his subordinates allow him to, and by doing so Condeleeza Rice is guilty through her own inaction.
Condelleza Rice is guilty of war crimes for many reasons reasons worse than mere inaction, not the least of which is a failure to maintain her Oath of Office. Elbows deep in this mess you will find Condi again and again. The evidence is pointing to the fact that Condeleeza Rice is a War Criminal.
White House Chief of Staff Jan 20, 2001 - April 14, 2006
Andrew Card
As Chief of Staff in the Bush/Cheney White House, Card would be the man to know where Cheney buried the bodies. The main purpose of the Chief of Staff is to coordinate efforts and communications between the Cabinet and the President, or in this case Dick Cheney. Andrew Card would have known about every aspect of the Bush/Cheney Presidency, and would certainly be at the top of any list of potential witnesses in a criminal trial. Behind only Cheney and Rove for his full awareness of illegality, Andrew Card is a war criminal.
Director of the CIA 1997-2004
George J. Tenet
Recently proven to have lied to Congress at the direction of Dick Cheney, George Tenet plays a central role in the illegal behavior of the Bush/Cheney Administration. From the failure to prevent 9/11 to the manufacturing of evidence of WMD's in Iraq based on false confessions derived by the torture of captives, George Tenet is guilty of war crimes beyond the shadow of a doubt.
U.S. Attorney General February 3, 2005 – September 17, 2007
Alberto Gonzalez
Although preceded by John Ashcroft and succeeded by Micheal Mukasey, who are both guilty as well in the war crimes committed under Bush/Cheney, no other Bush appointee sums up the aloof incoherence and blatant criminality of the Bush/Cheney era. having been elevated from his post as George W. Bush's personal lawyer to the chief Attorney in the land, Gonzalez just like Bush shows how a patronage system can bring the least capaable person to a position of power they clearly are unfit to serve in. Alberto Gonzalez's tenure as AG can be summed up in the words "I don't recall" which he uttered over and over as his only defense before the U.S. Senate. Having played an integral role in the Bush/Cheney's ability to claim that they are not subject to the Geneva conventions ratified by President Ronald Regan and the U.S. Congress in 1988 which led to war prisoners being tortured, Alberto Gonzales is guilt of war crimes
Legal Counsel to Dick Cheney 2001 thru 2005, VPOTUS Chief of Staff 2005-2009
David Addington
The point man for everything Dick Cheney, David Addington is every bit as guilty as Dick Cheney is. A force behind the OLC's ruling that torture may be permissible, David Addington took power beyond that ever imagined for the Vice President, let alone his legal council. As Cheney's Chief of Staff after Scooter Libby, Addington is complicit in all of the acts of his predecessor in that office. Behind every George W. Bush signing statement, every tweak to the Constitution and willful ignorance of international law there, David Addington slept at the foot of Dick Cheney's throne for all eight years of the Bush/Cheney Presidency. Through intentional violation of U.S. and International law, David Addington is a war criminal, and must be fully investigated.
Chief of Staff to the Vice President (2001-2005), Assistant to the VP of NSA (2001-2005), convicted felon
I. Lewis (Scooter) Libby
It would not be double jeopardy to investigate and prosecute Scooter Libby for war crimes. Having already been convicted on felony counts of Obstruction of Justice, Perjury and making False Statements before a jury in reards to the Valerie Plame scandal, Libby was Pardoned by then President George W. Bush for reasons that remain unknown. Scooter Libby is guilty of all of the crimes committed by the Vice President's office during his tenure as Chief of Staff for the Vice President. Along with Dick Cheney and John Addington, Scooter Libby is a War Criminal and should be fully investigated by a Special Prosecutor and Congress.
Former US Department of Justice Attorney
John Yoo
Former Office of Legal Council, Current Federal Judge on the 9th Circuit
Jay Bybee
Instrumental in the crafting of the torture memos which were created as guidelines that would allow the Bush/Cheney Administration to illegally circumvent International and U.S. law, John Yoo and Jay Bybee are guilty of war crimes because of their actions. Both of these men should be disbarred and investigated by a Special Prosecutor
All of the bush/Cheney Torture Lawyers in this picture are war criminals. All along with Alberto Gonzales, Yoo and Bybee, David Addington, John Ashcroft, Douglas Feith, Alice Fisher, Michael Chertoff, Michael Mukasey, Michael Haynes, Stephen Bradbury and Timothy Flanigan are all guilty based on evidence available to the public. They have violated their Oaths of Offices in their pursuit to circumvent and twist the rule of law to their own whims. In doing so they have failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, and have willingly violated laws that belong both to our nation, but also to the international community.
Secretary of State January 20, 2001 – January 26, 2005
Colin Powell
Deputy Secretary of State 3/23/2001 - 11/16/2004
Richard Armitage
Though both Secretary of State Colin Powell and Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage are vocal critics of the Cheney faction of the George W. Bush White House, both are complicit in the crimes committed during Geogre W. Bush's Presidency. Having made the case for America's war of aggression against Iraq based on false evidence obtained through illegal torture, Colin Powell and Richard Armitage are guilty of war crimes despite their objections after the fact. Despite having both resigned from the Bush/Cheney Administration before the beginning of their second term, neither man is absolved of the crimes committed during their tenure. Being privy to classified information, neither man made an attempt to notify the U.S.A. to the falsity of that evidence which drove us to war. This may be because they were lied to or because they did not seek the truth for themselves. If Colin Powell and Richard Armitage were lied to or manipulated it does not decrease the role they played in the act of War Crimes, and therefore they are complicit.
43rd President of The United States
George Walker Bush
No other person in the history of our country has done more damage to the Constitution, Safety, Security and Prosperity of America than George W. Bush. From the day he gave VP Dick Cheney a set of keys to the oval office America has been lied to and fear mongered into giving up our civil liberties in the name of national security. Dubbed "The C.E.O. President" in a time of gross corporate malfeasance, George W. Bush broke his Oath of Office as well as U.S. and International law, rendering our nation economically crippled, militarily stretched thin and environmentally hurtling towards disaster.
For his role in diverting military attention away from the capture of Osama bin Laden and the detsruction of the Taliban in Afghanistan to the the illegal war of aggression and invasion of Iraq, from the illegal torture of enemy P.O.W.'s and his attacks on American civil liberties, George W. Bush is guilty of High Crimes, War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity. George W. Bush is a war criminal, and he and many of his accomplices must never be allowed to return to political power again.
There are many, many other subordinates and accomplices to the crimes committed by the Bush/Cheney Presidency. We will never know the full gestalt of these crimes unless we demand full and public investigations now.
For these reasons and many other, we must demand that AG Eric Holder name a Special Prosecutor to investigate the illegal actions of the Bush/Cheney Presidency, and we must strongly urge Congress to investigate as well and pass H.Res 383 in a closed rule without amendments so that open hearings can take place in a Special House Committee before the public.

This is how complicity works. If you knew and said nothing you are complicit. If you cover it up you are complicit. If you look away you are complicit, and if you simply move forward you are complicit. That is how it works.
I say guilty. The evidence proves it. The only way to disprove such evidence is with open and public investigations. That is what I want.
I hope you do, too.
