No doubt you've all been following the stories about the fight for health care being staged in the shifting political sands. But what else has been going on in the background, or down in the weeds?

Fixing it at the ballot box reminds us of the continuing fight to reinstate the rule of law, and how much of it we put off in order to put ourselves in position to... pass comprehensive health care reform.
