Pres. Obama had a lunch with Maddow, Robinson, and other libs today

According to the Huffington Post , President Barack Obama had some special guests for lunch this thursday.

A White House Spokeperson confirmed that President Obama lunched with Progressive pundits. He invited them at the White House to discuss a range of topics including the oil spill. Considering how he was blasted by both Progressives and Conservatives after his Oval office speech, we can guess that they had a frank and honest debate with President.

The Guest list included Gail Collins of the New York Times, Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post, Rachel Maddow of MSNBC and Gerald Seib, the Washington bureau chief of The Wall Street Journal. The Huffington Post pointed out that Arianna Huffington was invited at the lunch but could not make it due to a scheduling conflict.

No word on if Maureen Dowd was invited or attended !

I wish the lunch was televised tho LOL
