Candidate filing period starts today in West Virginia. What's the calendar like for your state?

Don't forget the state races, POTUS is not. Especially the state Legislature which, for most states, determine reapportionment of Congressional seat. Is that why Rep. Michele Bachmann R-MN-06 is quieter, it sunk in?
