A "Very, very urban" person is now a new way to call some one an N-Bomb in polite society.
Other suitable substitutes for the N-Bomb invented in the last two years are "Anti colonial Kenyan", "Man-Child" and "Racist who hates white people and white culture", among many others . . .
Watch this obviously racially charged tirade by Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King on the House floor. In case you were not aware that the new Sheriff is black, Steve King would like to remind you that he is, in fact, "very, very urban". Commentary is provided by liberal pundit/the true cause of all Obama's problems, Cenk Uygar.

As stated at HuffPo
Rep. Steve King, a Republican from Iowa, referred to President Obama as "very, very urban," while charging that as a senator he gave special favor to African American farmers who were victims of government discrimination. In case anybody missed his meaning in a speech on the House floor Monday evening, King emphasized the word "urban," drawing the first syllable out.

Now, I'm not saying that Steve King is a race baiting sheep fucker, I would just like to point out that he is very, very rural. This is obvious once one observes his anti colonial, pro European world view. Of course, Steve King would never give special favors to other rich white people. But I think it is very clear that Steve King is a very, very McMansion-y guy with a deep seeded hatred of working class people and working class culture. That and black people and their black President.
But Steve King is NOT a racist. Just ask him.
