I'm sorry. Obama treating Bibi like BFF rubs me the wrong way.

Never mind the fact Bibi was in charge when they embarrassed Biden. Biden's used to it. He's been around for decades. Never mind the fact Hillary joined a long line of American foreign service professionals decrying the settlements. No one listens to her. She's used to it. She's been around for decades.

But how the hell can the president ignore the fact that Israeli soldiers -- lauded as "heroes" by Bibi -- shot an unarmed American in the head? I don't care if he has a funny name, Furkan Dogan was an American.

Ignoring that murder and making nice to Bibi signals open season on Americans.

I realize some may think this is over the top. After all, Furkan Dogan is a funny sounding name for an American. Besides, he spent his formative years outside the US. So I guess he isn't a real American, not like our president.

I guess it is true what Gil-Scott Heron's grandmother used to say

If you don't stand for something,
you will go for anything.
