Yes, he just said that in reference to the 'special interests' who've been controlling America for 'far too long.'

And then he said "That's not in my prepared remarks ..."

So, yes, this is not a 'diary' but ... a recommendation that you all tune into his speech - one in which he said that "not on my watch is anyone going to disrupt Social Security."

My sense is that this President is going into battle today and he knows exactly whom the enemy of the American people are and between now and November 2010 he's going to make sure we do as much as we can to not allow those folk to gain any power.
