According to the La Crosse Tribune, petitions will be filed today. Volunteers have gathered more than then 15,588 signatures needed to trigger a recall of Senator Kapanke.

This is particularly encouraging given that it appears there are also enough signatures to recall Senator Hopper, according to the DK diary below.
