As I write this I have been back from the Capitol Square for an hour now. The results for Senate District 8 have just come in. We failed to take three seats in the State Senate. While disappointed, I still feel pretty damn good about tonight. We are all still fired up. We all still want Walker out of office. We took two seats in the reddest of red districts in Wisconsin and almost pulled off a win in the reddest district in the state. The worst part of this for me was not having an election to vote in. My senator (Fred Risser) was one of the 14 and he was not recalled.
I still see Walker being recalled. I know the right-wing talking heads are going to declare victory in Wisconsin tomorrow. They will crow loud and long. While they are crowing we will be getting ready to bring Walker down.
Now for some photos of tonight's rally.

Yours truly taking some photos (Thanks to my friend Dean for working the second camera)
More below the fold...

Walker killed my Super Bowl Buzz...and I am still ticked off about that!

Me chatting with Jim Dean

Everything is better with more cowbell!

Note the mysterious Wisconsin Palm Tree growing out of those people's heads.

One of the more popular signs of the evening.

I have to admit, today's weather was beautiful...

Batman is really a girl...and she plays drums, bet you didn't know that.

This was at about 8ish...just before the polls closed.

Another photo of Jim Dean and me.

Past 9:00 pm and still going strong.

We are not done...not by a long shot.
WE ARE WISCONSIN!
