So this young guy only has a few videos, but he covers a lot of things in the video linked below very insightfully IMHO.
While watching Herman Cain talk about the civil rights movement and why he didn't participate, he lied and said he was only in high school so he was too young. Lawrence O'Donnell did the math on it, and no, he was in college at the time.
I'm white, so my perspective on it is automatically limited. But my first thought was I remember seeing little girls, like not even in high school, being attacked in their church clothes on the first day of school. I'm not even black and I get what's wrong with Herman's story, even his excuse.
I can't blame somebody who was afraid to come forward. It was an ugly time and people got hurt. But when you later run for president, you have to own that lack of leadership, which Cain does not.
Without further ado, MrYoung702. He gets rolling on civil rights at 2:28.
