Got an idea..Need input !

Maybe we should start a group here at KOS where we have items we want to give away or donate or just rid of and there are a lot of wrinkles to iron out but this IMO is beneficial to the community and would help we Kossacks as well. Good example.
I had practically a new stove and a dryer and refrigerator I could have given to a Kossack in Ga when I moved. I gave it away to anyone who wanted it but left the refrigerator freezer as I didn't sell it and was begging for people to please use it.
IF we had a group on here I am sure someone would have come got it or arranged for a pick up. Right now I am in need of a used laptop. I am quite sure with the

economy being what it is, we could all find things to help each other out. If we know of a Kossack nearby or even in another state, they may have relatives who could use it or hold it until they got it. This is where I need your input. How would we barter on here or arrange for shipping or whatever and what do you folks think of starting a group to help each other out with items like exchange or clothes or whatever. Small
appliances or anything that we don't need anymore but a Kossack could use.
I commented on another diary and folks urged me to put up a diary regarding this very thing. Since we are counting our nickles and dimes, plus we could further support this site if we are not buying items that some of us have sitting gathering dust. We are all pretty much broke so this is not such a bad idea. Any suggestions? Any reservations?
Need your imput. I had a bad December and I have seen others on here with special needs and we are a community and for the most part we are all friends here. Maybe a group could set up a few pantry or needs section. Need input.
