And as any fascist worth their salt, they developed some strategies and put into place some systems to help consolidate their power. One was their taking over the entire mainstream media to turn it into a brainwashing propaganda machine, and the other was to manipulate the ignorant wild-eyed religious fundamentalists, the white supremacist and nationalists, and other hate-filled and ignorant groups in order to turn them into neo-fascist shock troops.
So rejoice, if you are as much of a soulless, parasitic sociopath as the top executives of Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo and the corporate members of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), you can now partake in the "blessings" that God meant to provide to followers of Leo Straus, the lunatic Ayan Rand, and their philosophies tinged with puritanism and influenced by Social Darwinism and Eugenics.
Right now in California the grand poobahs who have the power to apportion the judicial budget cuts as they see fit once again pass it all down to the trial court workers who do the actual work of the public, preferring instead to save their upper-echelon cronies at the bloated administrative level, which to this day continues to conduct real estate deals and draw up plans for new courthouse construction in the midst of court closures and the layoff of thousands of court workers.
As of October, one California county will cease hearing ANY small claims matters whatsoever, period, doors closed. What does this mean for you? It means that when you commit certain types of scams, and fraud, if you stay below a certain threshold of damages (below small claims court amount), it will be almost impossible for your victims to get redress.
And here's the kicker! This of course will lead to an increase of "vigilante justice," except for powerful and well-connected individuals. So some of the chumps you will be scamming may try to go after you and maybe do physical harm, or damage your property. But even in those circumstances you'll fit right in with the agenda.
You see, as ALEC and their bought-off legislative sycophantic government officials take down the justice system, they are busily drafting legislation to allow the building of for-profit prisons. This is actually brilliant. You'll be able to commit crimes with impunity, and when the victims come after you (frustrated because they can't get legal redress), they'll be thrown in these for-profit private prisons. A win-win, don't you think?
If you are a more sophisticated and professional criminal type who prefers to work in higher circles, there's good news for you too! In San Francisco, any civil litigation will take up to five years to wend its way up to one of only three civil departments that will remain open, and both complex civil litigation courtrooms will be shut down. So if this is more your cup of tea, SF will be a good place to start perpetrating fraud on innocent victims who will never be able to haul your business-suited ass into a courtroom.
