At this point, the fact that Mitt Romney is trying to paint Obama with any brush that tars himself is pretty well known. It's an obvious attempt to deal with Obama's recent decision to run against Wall Street. I'm wondering if the real story is bigger than that: as part of their voter suppression efforts, it seems to me that the GOP is trying to create a disaffected voting population. In between just turning off everyone from politics (Jeb Bush comments) and Mitt Romney's "Obama too-ism" it looks like the GOP as a whole is trying to mark Democrats with the same broad arrows they wear.
Item: Recent poll showing Democrats are narrow-minded and un-informed. Huh? Turns out the poll asked questions like "The Democrats are the party that wants to cut defense" and "The Republicans want to shrink the federal government". Uh huh.
Item: Claim that it is Democrats who are getting ready to break the budget deal.
Dunno if I'm seeing straws in the wind or just seeing things... Paging Frank Luntz...

Yes, and here's another item! (PLEASE POST LINK!)
Maybe. It fits with voter suppression efforts.
No. Nasty Democrat, you're just trying to highlight GOP tactics.
