The Affordable Care Act was passed by Congress, signed into law by President Obama, and now has been upheld by a ruling from the United States Supreme Court. So why does Nikki Haley want to block progress?

President Obama signed and agreed, Congress passed and agreed, the Supreme Court reviewed and agreed, and the people of South Carolina have agreed.

We urge you to fully commit to implementing the Affordable Care Act in a timely and socially responsible manner.

Whether she likes it or not, states will incur some added costs even if they do not expand Medicaid.

Plus, Haley's figures on Medicaid flunk basic math.
