Correct me if my memory is wrong:
Didn't the Willie Horton ad basically accuse Mike Dukakis of being responsible for a woman's death? So aren't accusations of responsibility for deaths not quite as unheard of as the big media want us to believe?
Or does that make President Obama's campaign as bad as that of President Bush Sr.?
Is the good old Wall Street media double-standard in action here today?
Or does the racism angle make them wildly dissimilar?

Is the Willie Horton ad equivalent to the Joe Soptic ad?
The key fact of the Willie Horton ad was the racism, not the accusation against Dukakis: not comparable.
Racism is key to the differences but the ads are comparable anyway in regard to the death angle.
The significant fact is that the news media are Wall Street owned and want to hypervent themselves over an Obama ad.
The difference is that Romney IS responsible and Dukakis was not.
Politics ain't beanbag, anything goes.
Obama is a horrible liar.
