You know, I normally ignore Pat Robertson. To me, he's just an assclown who is bordering on completely irrelevant. But this is too good for me to ignore.
See, he's not happy...not happy in the least. All this Chick-fil-A protesting has gotten his meat-loving self into a tizzy. Now that students are trying to get CFA off their campuses, Pat has decided to lay down the gauntlet. And he has a simple message for all of us gays who are upset with CFA's anti-gay donations: Either deliver a butt baby or shut up.
No, really, he actually said that. That's not just me being vulgar. Pat Robertson looked his viewers in the eye and said that gay people need to anally birth children before they have the privilege of demonstrating for their equality. Ol' Pat seems to have white meat and asses on the brain. Follow me below the fold for the video and more.
Here's the full quote from yesterday's 700 Club:
It’s a chicken sandwich, it’s a piece of white meat chicken between two pieces of white bread, it’s also a milkshake, now we’re going to go have demonstrations over that? But you know something, I was reading today in Leviticus, which is the law of the Old Testament, but it lays out the reasons why land will vomit out its inhabitants and it goes through a category of stuff we are calling Constitutional rights: killing babies, offering them to Moloch, and it says it is an abomination for a man to lie with a man as with a woman. It’s what it says. That is the moral law that God set forth and now we’ve got people at a university petitioning because somebody said I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. I defy these homosexuals to bring forth a baby from that part of the anatomy which they concentrate on, when that happens I will change everything I’m saying; until that happens, I wish those demonstrators would shut their mouth.
That's right--Pat Robertson doesn't approve of our sex lives, which he apparently vividly imagines on a regular basis, until we find a way to have babies. Because no two people can possibly be in love without childbirth being involved. Nor should two people be entitled to any basic rights until they can prove they're capable of carrying and delivering a baby. Sorry, everybody who can't have children or delivers via C-section.
And we also know that no heterosexual couple has ever had anal sex. No, of course not.
Also, apparently lesbians don't have vaginas. Shhhhhhh...don't tell him...
I think, in the process of commenting on gay people's supposed fixations, Pat just gave away his own.
I know, I know...ignore him...
