So contempt of court? Why is Scott not in jail ?

I thought when you were any official (elected or bought) when a Federal Judge says
STOP...That means STOP. I thought when the highest Law enforcement in the world says STOP....You are in violation....You stop and then have your day in court.
Is this not like eluding a police officer? Only on a much higher level? I mean if you are racing down an interstate and you continue to break the law...they shoot your ass and then if you survive..YOU GO TO JAIL? Then you have your day in court. Cease and Desist means STOP, you idiot Skelton Boy. Do Governors have some special immunity to break the law?

People died for voter registration and rights. The law ...The DOJ says Scott and his egors are in violation of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. This is an impeachable offense but what is more....He isn't stopping. Can someone please arrest this asshole?
There is such a thing as high crimes and misdemeanors in state government as well.
He should be impeached for Contempt of Court...Derelection of Duty.....Defying direct orders, or whatever constitutes impeachment of an elected (or bought ) official.
