5:38 AM PT (Laura Clawson): CNN is reporting that a large number of police cars are arriving and smoke can be smelled in what seems to be the vicinity of the suspect's home. Reporters are being moved back.
5:41 AM PT (Jed Lewison): NBC's Pete Williams reports law enforcement is concerned there may be a third family member in addition to Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, the "white-capped" suspect.
5:47 AM PT: NBC's Pete Williams reports that a person at the home of the Tsarnaev's brothers has been taken into custody. This is not "suspect number two," it is a third person.
