To be honest, I wasn't up to snuff on The Third Way so I began researching.
I always go to www.Muckety.com and Wikipedia first.
I find having an insight into WHOSE INVOLVED and who they are CONNECTED TO helps filter what seems to be either a lot of mis/disinformation and/or no information.
Third Way was honored as "2013 North American Think Tank of the Year" by Prospect Magazine, Britain’s leading monthly current affairs magazine, for its ‘original, influential, and rigorous work on the most pressing challenges facing people, governments, and businesses.’ Last year, the first year that Prospect Magazine issued a prize for North America, the award went to The Carnegie Endowment.

Well, there is both a Think Tank and a Foundation. Not sure if they are related.

THIS IS WHAT CONGRESS NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE.
These 990 forms, and I've looked at many, should raise lots of questions for the IRS. Is there an IRS scandal regarding 990 filings? Very possibly.
