So, how do I add 'blog' to a resume/cv?

My immediate financial crisis is resolving (though, um, donations always accepted), but I still need a job. It's been suggested that I try for a paying spot in online moderation -- those poor souls who wade through facebook pages and the like, deleting spam. Not necessarily the highest aspiration I've ever had, but it's legit work-from-home, and would keep Con Ed and the cat fed.

But: I need a resume/cv and some references. Thanks to the health thing I haven't "work' worked for way too long, but I have been blogging regularly for ages. So I've free-associated this:

2004-current blogger; ran Daily
Show/Colbert Report liveblog/fansite on major political blog (7-ish years 4 days/week) (associated twitter account 756 followers),

currently (since July) developing/maintaining music fansite (tumblr/twitter/youtube/instagram) (tumblr 700+ follows)

Content creation (research & write text posts, some photoshop) to deadline; community development/moderation; light coding (html/css);

Suggestions, anyone? Stuff to add, subtract, phrase better...?

Also, the amazing fundraising team put this together for me. Still a couple hundred below goal.
