NBC/WSJ poll is the only poll showing a Clinton decline

A review of polls shows that in the most recent Quinnipiac, IBD/Tipp and CBS polls, Clinton has either remained stable or increased her national lead over Sanders compared to the previous corresponding poll.

It appears to be the case that NBC/WSJ was an outlier in October when it gave Clinton a 30+ lead and now it is falling in line with the rest of polls. The new NBC/WSJ poll shows Clinton at 19%. The sharp decline hasn't been replicated and should therefore be considered an aberration.
