Is Jeb Bush still running for president? I know his campaign insists he is, but he himself seems rather nonchalant about his steady slide into obscurity.

Jeb Bush says he doesn’t really care that his favorability with Republicans has dropped almost 30 points since launching his presidential campaign.

The drop, it should be noted, coincided with Bush finally moving from private fundraising to public campaigning. It seems the Bush appeal was damaged severely once he started, well, saying things.

In July, when the former Florida governor was still the front-runner for the Republican nomination, his favorability was at +27. As the campaign has dragged on, that number has sank to minus one, according to the latest Gallup poll.
When asked about the decline on NewsMax Now Friday, Bush said, “Hell if I know, I don’t really care.”

That's the spirit. Screw you, voters, I don't need you. I don't need any of you.

He is still running, right? Somehow his heart just doesn't seem in this anymore.
