Perhaps I’m still gloomy about the election (I am), but I can’t muster any excitement about the various marches, protests, and demonstrations people on the left are talking about. It’s been clear for a long time now that Republicans have no integrity. Trump wins despite losing the popular vote? Fine by them. Gerrymandering? It’s all good. Refusing to confirm a supreme court nominee for a year? Hurray for the team! North Carolina making a naked power grab? Power to (their kind of) people!

None of those guys gives a shit about popular opinion. They’re just going to do what they want, just like they’ve always done. What the Democrats need is an ad campaign exposing RW lies. It will take about a generation to have any effect so it would be nice if they got started now.
