Experts dismiss Quinnipiac national poll (with Sanders down by just 2%) as an "outlier"

Experts have dismissed a new Quinnipiac poll poll showing Bernie Sanders within 2 points of Hillary Clinton as an outlier.

The Washington Post's political blog tells it's readers to "be skeptical" of this "outlier" poll. www.washingtonpost.com/...

Harry Enten of the website fivethirtyeight.com says he needs more confirmation. mobile.twitter.com/…

In a separate tweet, Enten said Quinnipiac’s Iowa forecast was “particularly bad”.

The media has given this poll large coverage while ignoring others showing Clinton's lead to be approximately 16%.

Quinnipiac recently picked the wrong winner in both Iowa contests (Sanders and Trump).
