BREAKING: Debbie Wasserman-Schulz Disinvited From Speaking At The DNC

Sorry, Debbie, you’re no longer wanted as a DNC convention speaker, in wake of your unprofessional behavior as revealed in the Wikileaks emails. You’re now persona non-grata at your own party’s convention, and to that, I say, “GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!”

(CNN)The head of the Democratic National Committee will not speak at the party's convention next week, a decision reached by party officials Saturday after emails surfaced that raised questions about the committee's impartiality during the Democratic primary.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz, whose stewardship of the DNC has been under fire through most of the presidential primary process, will not have a major speaking role in an effort "to keep the peace" in the party, a Democrat familiar with the decision said. The Democrat familiar with the decision said it was done in hopes of preventing chaos on the convention floor among Sanders supporters.

The decision was blessed by Clinton and Sanders officials, this Democrat said.

Now this is how to handle it, and I give kudos to the Democratic Party for recognizing what a mess having Debbie Wasserman-Schultz’s continued influence at the DNC convention could be in front of thousands of Sanders supporters and delegates in Philadelphia. So, I am very pleased she has been ingloriously kicked out of what would’ve been a highlight of her life, speaking at the Democratic convention.
