More than a dozen women have come forward to tell their own stories about Donald Trump’s grossly inappropriate sexual harassment, groping, and assault. Chances are, you’ve seen the details of at least one of their cases. Chances are, you’ve seen Donald Trump or one of his spokespeople call those women liars. But seeing these stories all together, told by the women one after another, is another thing. Because it becomes clear just how much of a pattern this is. How Donald Trump has been treating women the same abusive way for decades.
Brave New Films does just that in a recent video on Trump’s victims, and some of the women are coming forward to tell their stories again publicly, as other powerful men face consequences for their actions.
Mulitiple women who have accused President Donald Trump of sexual harassment and assault will gather together for the first time at a press conference in New York City on Monday to share their stories.
“The women will share their first hand accounts of President Trump groping, fondling, forcibly kissing, humiliating and harassing women,” according to Brave New Films, which has produced a documentary featuring sixteen womens' stories. The event will be live-streamed.
Trump also faces a defamation lawsuit by Summer Zervos, one of the women who he’s publicly called a liar for detailing how he groped and kissed her. His lawyers are trying to have that suit dismissed.
