Comey gets canned by Trump

This just in: FBI director James Comey has been dismissed.

Plus the White House statement saying Trump “informed” Comey that he had been “terminated and removed.”

This is quite possibly one of the most coordinated efforts yet by the White House. Something big must be at stake, though Comey clearly didn’t do himself any favors by giving false testimony during last week’s hearing.
