Former “Independent” Counsel in the Bill Clinton Whitewater-that-somehow-turned-into-a-thing-about-Monica-Lewinski investigation, Ken Starr, was on CNN giving his two shadowy cents. After explaining how this investigation is supposed to be about “collusion” between Russian interests and the Trump presidential campaign, Starr tries to walk the hypocritical line of post-irony, saying that you don’t want to get accused of moving past what you were supposed to be investigating.
