Well, it’s been a pleasure, everyone. Too bad it couldn’t continue for longer.
The Earth, I mean. The show, too, I guess. But primarily the Earth.
It was a good run.
Well, it was OK. Too bad about that Bolton guy, though.

PODCAST LISTENERS: There’s a new podcast platform in town, and the big news is: this one pays! RadioPublic pays podcast producers on a CPM basis, for listens on their native app (available for iPhones & Androids), financed by pre- and post-roll ads they insert. Not a bad way to support the show, with somebody else’s money!
So if you’re a podcast listener, please consider dowloading the RadioPublic app on your Android or iOS phone. Yes, you can still download directly from their site, or listen to the player embedded here at Daily Kos. But it’s listens in their app that count toward payment.
Nothing changes on our end. It’s still Greg Dworkin, Joan McCarter, and even Armando. Plus also, me. And you! As always, we still want your voice on the air with us. Sit down with your smart phone or other electronic recording device and send us your stories and commentary to share with the audience. There’s no easier way to try your hand at podcasting, without all the hassle!
Of course there’s no substitute for having your support via Patreon, or one-time contributions via Square Cash. (And hey, if you want a cool trick for donating sorta-kinda cost free, get their cash.me app and use this share code to get $5 in your account (plus $5 in mine) when you send your first $5 (to anyone)!
For now, how about one on the house? Here’s what we did last time out, on our LIVE show:
RadioPublic|LibSyn|YouTube|Patreon|Square Cash (Share code: Send $5, get $5!)
It’s Thursday, it’s KITM, maybe the greatest thing since sliced ketchup, and David Waldman, along with Greg Dworkin, are serving it up hot: The Senate is giving up on its bipartisan health care deal, but the House continues to bumble along to get its spending bill together. The wall money is Fake News! The real news is that the spending bill will stipulate that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can go back to studying gun violence, which it hasn’t been able to do since the Dickey Amendment. People that care and are in the know have been demanding this for years. The leaders we've been waiting for march for our lives this Saturday. For the Columbine generation, gun violence has been a defining fear, as polling everywhere is showing. YouTube bans gun demo videos and videos that link to gun sales sites. It’s a start. Facebook is also kind of starting to come up with a solution, right after users turned it off, and its stock dropped and Mark Zuckerberg scored 1.14 million stock sales, and maybe also made plans to exploit Facebook for a presidential run, and of course after all of this got Robert Mueller’s attention… but even if you do shore up your security, remember—you are the product, advertisers are the customer. Israeli hackers worked alongside Cambridge Analytica and hacked the president of Nigeria and the prime minister of Saint Kitts. Speaking of customer satisfaction, Jared Kushner, warmly ensconced in Saudi prince Mohammed bin Salman’s pocket, might have whispered away the lives of dissidents to fund his Mark of the Beast debt. Jared’s dad-in-law caters to his clientele with the same dedication. Steve Bannon’s best friend, pedophile George Nader, scuttled back under the counter somewhere where we will never find him.
(Thanks to Scott Anderson for the show summary! Please help me pay him more!)
