In the Trump Era, Trump’s political party is causing considerable confusion for voters heading into November. As it now stands, voters will know the “(D)” stands for the Democratic candidate, and the “(I)” stands for the Independent candidate, and the “(L)” stands for the Libertarian candidate. But for candidates with an “(R)” after their name voters will be totally befuddled. In the Trump era, what does the “(R)” stand for? It might stand for “Republican” but it could just as likely stand for “Russia” or, equally likely, it could stand for “Racist”. Or maybe it stands for all three. Hmm, now that’s a strong possibility. But it would still be nice if Trump’s political party made this clear for the voters before the mid-terms
